The solicitor will do this and ensure that a fair contract is agreed for you to sign once you are ready to proceed. The solicitor will arrange for the necessary papers to be prepared for completion to take place and register your ownership of the property at the Land Registry.

The solicitor will liaise with the agents for the seller to keep them informed of progress and our online tracking system will give both you and the agents the ability to find out the up-to-date situation whenever you need to. Where the purchase is part of a chain transaction as you are selling as well the solicitor can also liaise with the buyer's solicitors and your agents to ensure everyone is working to the same timetable.
